How much total commission will I pay to sell my home?

There is no single "standard" commission rate for real estate agents. The typical range falls between 5% and 7% of the total sale price, split between the buyer's agent and the seller's agent. We charge 2% as your sellers agent and an additional 2% if we manage the transaction for the buyer.

Am I required to pay a buyer's agent from another company?

All commissions are negotiable! If we are presented with an offer from another brokerage, we will review the offer and make a decision regarding the buyers agents commission at that time.

Do you offer advice regarding setting the list price?

Absolutely! We use advanced analytics to arrive at your properties market value. From there we will work together to set the list price and selling strategy.

Will you advertise our listing?

Marketing is King! We will utilize our MLS affiliation to syndicate your property on the most popular real estate portals including Realtor.com and Zillow as well as social medial channels including Facebook and Instagram.

How will we manage property photos?

We are flexible! We would be happy to review your photos, we also take property photos with our smart phones. We will discuss the option of utilizing a professional photographer if needed.

What about Open House and Print Ads?

We don't use Open House or Print Ads. Traditional methods of selling homes like open houses and print media have become significantly less effective in today's market. Studies showing the fact that they only account for 2% of sales combined, show that open houses and print media have a minimal impact on attracting buyers.
